As I
mentioned in my last post I am keen on creating a black and white front cover.
I have seen many examples of this look in other magazines now and feel this is
definitely a good idea due to the ‘special’ look it gives off as it is not what
is usually seen. A difference I would like my front cover to have would be a
harsher tone. The use of greyscale seems to mainly give a softer, safe, natural
look to magazines whereas I would like to attempt to make my photo do the
opposite which would make my front cover stand out even more. I could do so by
enhancing the contrast of my picture.
